Osteopathic Practitioner
Full-time and/or Part-time positions available in beautiful Golden, BC

Golden Collective is a new and thriving manual therapy clinic and movement studio in Golden, BC, right in the heart of the Rocky and Purcell Mountains. The clinic is growing and we are looking for full-time and/or part time or Osteopathic Practitioners (OP) to join our
team. Currently we have 1 OP and 2 RMTs with full client loads and see the demand for additional Osteopathic services in our community, particularly as the current OP position will become available in June.

We offer Manual Therapy (RMT and OP) out of 2 treatment rooms and Movement Therapy based classes in our small intimate studio space in the mornings, evenings and weekends. We are a collaborative and flexible team of therapists and instructors that work together to provide professional and compassionate health care to our clients, as well as a positive and playful working environment for each other!

Job Details

  • Full time and/or part time options available starting in April 2024!

  • Competitive commission split with a cap/max rent based on the hours you choose (full or part time). Within the allocated hours you have the freedom to choose how many appointments you want, how much time between appointments and breaks etc. We’re flexible and strive to make our schedules accommodate our lifestyles!

  • Included in rent; Jane app (online booking, online charting, direct billing etc), electric Osteo table, on-site laundry, free parking, all linens necessary

  • We do not have reception, so we take our own payments and do our own direct billing. Your income goes directly into your account and you pay a rent each month

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for upholding your Osteopathic practice in a professional and quality standard. You will also be responsible for:

  • your own laundry

  • pitching in to clean the rooms and spaces There is a shared cleaning checklist that we all contribute to

  • opening and closing the clinic if no one is there before or after you. Keys will be provided

Qualifications

  • Certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and member of OsteopathyBC

  • Ideally has 2 years experience out of school

  • Positive and team oriented individual

  • Hard working and independent individual

  • Takes initiative and capable of managing their own practice

Golden is a beautiful mountain town with plenty of outdoor adventures to be had; skiing, XC skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, paddle boarding, white water paddling. The community here is friendly and welcoming with plenty to get involved in if
you’d like. A lot of people come for a short time and end up staying for a long time, myself included! So if you’re interested in trying out the mountain life, this is the place and the perfect opportunity to step into a well established practice and welcoming environment!
