Nicole Duvent

Hello, I’m Nicole, I live on a homestead with my husband, dogs, cats, pigs, and chickens. We run an off-grid Permaculture farm and Eat Pure Mountain Market an organic grocery store. I am a passionate spiritual seeker with a love of transcendental experiences. I came to breathwork through this path and was blown away by the profound insights and guidance I received from something as simple as breathing. It was one of these insights that lead us to build a yurt temple on our farm and to train to be a breathwork facilitator. I host breathwork in-person and online, group and individual, as well as retreats.  Join me on Instagram at Embodied Heart Breathwork to find out more!  I look forward to breathing with you.

Zoé Beaulieu

Sound Healer and Yoga Instructor

Yoga found Zoé when she needed it the most and that was the beginning of a beautiful healing adventure.

After a few years of personal practice, she began her 500hTTC in 2018, and completed it in 2023 in India. In between these years of training, she lived 3 years in Amma's ashram in India. While there, she served many silent retreats and learned about the blissful practices of the Bhakti yoga, the yoga of love. She discovered happiness through chanting mantras and was guided to go to Nepal to learn more about sound healing and Nada yoga, the yoga of sound.

Zoé is now completing a Yogatherapy course and is discovering a deep love for the intimate private session. She appreciates sharing her knowledge to those interested and willing to make a change.

She is inviting you to discover a unique experience of mantras chanting and Tibetan bowls in her relaxing sound healing classes.
