Kristina’s clinical interest is in sport massage, rehabilitation and prenatal massage. She uses a variety of techniques such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, as well as advanced techniques such as Myofascial Release Techniques, Tripper Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, Level One Soft Tissue Release and Facilitated Stretching. Hello, I’m Nicole, I live on a homestead with my husband, dogs, cats, pigs, and chickens. We run an off-grid Permaculture farm and Eat Pure Mountain Market an organic grocery store. I am a passionate spiritual seeker with a love of transcendental experiences. I came to breathwork through this path and was blown away by the profound insights and guidance I received from something as simple as breathing. It was one of these insights that lead us to build a yurt temple on our farm and to train to be a breathwork facilitator. I host breathwork in-person and online, group and individual, as well as retreats.  Join me on Instagram at Embodied Heart Breathwork to find out more!  I look forward to breathing with you.

Justin Tharega

Yoga Teacher

Justin Thareja (he/him) received his 200 hour teaching certification from the Sivananda Yoga Ranch nestled in the mountains of upstate New York. He originally discovered a passion for yoga from the hatha-style Bikram sequence, which specializes in longer holds within a heated room.

He practices yoga as a way to ground himself, expand his perspective, and experience peace. He believes from this foundation your true self can shine.

Since starting to teach in 2021, Justin’s primary goal has been to help guide others toward self-improvement with the aid of this practice. He has started to expand on his core learnings, favoring a hatha-style class with pranayama (breathing exercises), and long rests
