
Golden Collective Studio
Our studio is a small and intimate space where we offer a variety of movement and mindfulness based group classes. The studio accommodates approximately 6 participants so we encourage you to pre-register for classes to confirm your spot. If you don’t register for your class in advance, you may not be able to participate upon arrival if the class is full.
We release the studio schedule on a seasonal basis, Winter (January - March), Spring (April - June), Summer (July and August), Fall (September - mid December).

Morning Flow Yoga with Ieva
Stretch, Breathe, Smile
Ease into your day with this all-levels Vinyasa class combining movement and a bit of breathwork. Whether you’re a bendy yogi or still half-asleep, you’re welcome here.
We’ll flow, stretch, and breathe—waking up the body and mind without taking ourselves too seriously. Come as you are and start your morning feeling good.

Calm Summer Yoga Flow with Mary
A gentle flow with the perfect balance of effort and ease!
A practice rooted in Hatha yoga to soften the body, refocus the mind and bring awareness to the breath, as we slow down and restore inner calm during the busy summer months. Beginner friendly and accessible to all levels.

Evening Flow with Ieva
Balance, Stretch, Unwind
This Yin & Yang class blends gentle, active movement with long, restful stretches to help you release the day.
We’ll finish with a calming sound bath to leave you feeling centered and at ease. It’s the perfect way to reset your body and mind—no rush, no pressure, just a little space to breathe and let go.

Yin Yoga with Mary
Embrace the energetic healing benefits of yin yoga!
This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. The supported holds encourage relaxation and target the connective tissues to release tension and improve flexibility.
All levels welcome.

Yin to Yang Yoga Fusion with Mary
Refresh and center yourself for the day ahead!
This fusion of stillness and motion will begin with 60 minutes of grounding Yin poses — long-held poses that invite stillness, deep release, and inner listening. As your body opens and your energy flows, we gently awaken your inner vitality with 15 minutes of Taoist-inspired Yang movements.
