
Golden Collective Studio
Our studio is a small and intimate space where we offer a variety of movement and mindfulness based group classes. The studio accommodates approximately 6 participants so we encourage you to pre-register for classes to confirm your spot. If you don’t register for your class in advance, you may not be able to participate upon arrival if the class is full.
We release the studio schedule on a seasonal basis, Winter (January - March), Spring (April - June), Summer (July and August), Fall (September - mid December).

Slow Flow & Deep Stretch
Hatha Yoga with Mary
A gentle flow with the perfect balance of effort and ease.
A practice rooted in Hatha yoga to soften the body, refocus the mind and bring awareness to the breath. Beginner friendly and accessible to all levels.

After-Ski Yoga
Yoga with Ieva
A dynamic flow to recharge after a day on the mountain. This class blends strength, mobility, and deep release to keep skiers and snowboarders feeling strong and balanced.
We’ll target legs, glutes, hips, and core while opening the back and shoulders — the perfect mix of movement and recovery for your next day on the slopes.

Prenatal Yoga

One of the best things you can do during your pregnancy is prenatal yoga! It helps calm your mind, tend to your body, connect with your baby, prepare for labour and birth, and also connect you to other pregnant women in your community!
Join Sarah for practices that will bring you into your body and prepare you this next stage.

Qi Gong and Sound

Spring Forest Qigong is a gentle moving meditation practice. This style is simple to learn, and yet very powerful to heal through calming, grounding and balancing your energy systems. You will be guided to use the elements of breath, visualization, movement and sound to achieve a peaceful, yet energized, state of being. This class is accessible to all (new and experienced). In addition, this class can be done standing, seated or lying down.

Mindful Movement

This all-levels class blends the grounding presence of yoga, the precision of ELDOA, the intelligence of functional movement, and the dynamic release of Fascial Stretch into one intentional, breath-led practice.
Expect a mix of targeted mobility exercises and playful, exploratory movements designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Through guided breath work and focused attention, you’ll build awareness, release tension, and move with more ease, strength, and curiosity.
Each session is an invitation to realign, reconnect, and move mindfully.
