Seeking Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopath
Full-time or Part-time positions available in beautiful Golden, BC starting October 2026
Golden Collective is a thriving manual therapy clinic and movement studio in Golden, BC, right in the heart of the Rocky and Purcell Mountains. The clinic is growing and I am expecting a baby this fall, so I am looking for a full-time RMT (or 2 part-time RMT’s) to cover my patients while I am on maternity leave. Ideally someone with similar treatment interest or experience ( I have a movement based oractice with a focus in fascial treatment, with both cranio-sacral and visceral manipulation experience). I have a full client list of regulars who I would like to be able to offer continued care while I am away, as well as cover additional client load/schedule space available.
We will also have space for additional practitioner(s) (full-time or part-time) come November and are looking for RMT’s or Osteopaths to join our team. We offer Manual Therapy (RMT and Osteo) out of 2 treatment rooms and Movement Therapy based classes in our small intimate studio space outside of clinic hours. We are a collaborative and flexible team of therapists and instructors that work together to provide professional and compassionate health care to our clients, as well as a positive and playful working environment for each other!

Locum, full time or part time options available starting October

Competitive commission split with a cap/max rent based on the hours you choose (full or part time). Within the allocated hours you have the freedom to choose how many appointments you want, how much time between appointments and breaks etc. We’re flexible and happy to make the schedule work for everyone

Included; Jane app (online booking, online charting, direct billing etc), on-site laundry, free parking, all linens, oil and equipment necessary.

We take care of our own payments and do our own direct billing. Income goes directly into your account and you pay a rent each month.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for upholding your RMT status in good standing with the CMTBC, and taking over the clientele of the existing practice through offering registered massage therapy within the scope of practice. You will also be responsible for:

your own laundry. Although we work as a team and everyone pitches in to get the laundry done.

pitching in to clean the rooms and space. We ave a weekly cleaner and there is a shared cleaning check list that we all contribute to.

opening and closing the clinic if no one is there before or after you. Keys will be provided.
Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist and holds a RMT license in good standing with the CMTBC

Ideally has experience or interest in cranial sacral therapy and/ or visceral manipulation

Positive and team oriented individual

Hard working and independent individual

Takes initiative and capable of managing their own practice
Golden is a beautiful mountain town with plenty of outdoor adventures to be had; skiing, XC skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, paddle boarding, white water paddling. The community here is friendly and welcoming with plenty to get involved in if you’d like. Lots of people come for a short time and end up staying for a long time, myself included!
